The way I see it, we're all one big happy family anyway. Which means we are each entitled to try for someone else's booze, but requires getting past their rage first. This was a precedent started by none other than the dark Empress Dia. She was fair, until you started in on her Everflowing Springs of Booze. At which point she would either burn your ass out of existance, or if she was feeling lazy, send Fluffy after you. Twas best to hope she wasn't feeling lazy.
So you see, ladies and chaps. The booze to belongs to the strongest. And at the time, it was always Prince of Doma.
